USE OF CREDIT FACILITIES
Any use of credit facilities within the gaming areas is governed by applicable law, our house rules and regulations, including without limitation all terms set out below:

Living Sky Casino will provide a line of credit with such amounts as we deem necessary for User's convenience;
Use of any given facility implies consent to pay back the amount in full upon demand;

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is strictly limited as outlined under applicable law and, except where otherwise stipulated by local legislation or statute, our maximum aggregate liability towards you or anyone claiming through you arising out of these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to any breaches thereof), representations, warranty or condition shall be the greater of a sum equal to five percent of all monies bet on our premises during the six-month period preceding your claim and/or a reasonable estimate for damages which could have been reasonably expected; under no circumstances will we be liable to you for loss of profits, indirect damage, consequential losses or economic harm.
